China We produce rubber-plastic foamed heat preservation products Manufacturer, Factory

We produce rubber-plastic foamed heat preservation products (PVC/NBR) by introducing newest technology and craft and automatic processing line. The major materials we use are NBR/PVC,which are undergone ban bury, vulcanization and foam,Therefore, the main characteristics are:Low density, close bubble structure, low thermal conductivity, Water vapor transmissibility extremely low,low water -absorptive ability,Fire-proof performance well, superior anti-agde performance, good flexibility, easy to install. This product is suitable for a wide temperature range, from -50℃ is to 110℃ ,also has good anti-adge performance and durability. Its fire +proof capacity achieves the standard of BS476 CLASS1 CLASS0. Normal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″,1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25 , 32, 40 and 50mm). Standard Length with 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft(2m).

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What materials are used to manufacture this insulation tube?

The insulation tube is manufactured from a high-quality blend of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). It is clean, safe, and completely free of fibrous dust, benzaldehyde, and chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).

2. What is the fire rating performance of this rubber foam tube?

This product achieves a Class 0 & Class 1 fire rating according to BS 476 Part 6 and Part 7 standards. It also features a flame spread and smoke developed index of 25/50 under ASTM E 84, ensuring excellent fire safety and stability.

3. What is the operating temperature range for this insulation material?

The insulation tube performs reliably across a broad temperature range from -50°C up to 110°C, tested in compliance with GB/T 17794-1999 standards.

4. Is this insulation tube resistant to outdoor weather and UV light?

Yes, it demonstrates outstanding environmental durability, with high ratings for UV resistance, ozone resistance (GB/T 7762-1987), and overall weather resistance (ASTM G23).

5. Why is this closed-cell rubber foam tube easy to install?

Thanks to its flexible, elastomeric closed-cell structure, the tube can be easily bent and maneuvered around complex pipe elbows and tight spaces without losing its structural integrity.

6. What is the thermal conductivity of this insulation?

The material features low thermal conductivity to minimize energy loss, with values of ≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C, ≤0.032 W/(m.k) at 0°C, and ≤0.036 W/(m.k) at 40°C under ASTM C 518 standards.
