The insulated pipe is made of NBR and PVC. It doesn't contain fibrous dust, benzaldehyde and chlorofluorocarbons. Moreover, it has low conductivity & heat conductivity, good moisture resistance, and fireproof.
The insulated pipe can be widely used in cooling unit and equipment of central air conditioning, freezing water pipe, condensing water pipe, air ducts, hot-water pipe and so on.
The insulated pipe not only can be easily installed with the new pipeline, but also can be used in the existing pipeline. The only thing you need to do is to cut it, then glue it. Moreover, it doesn't have negative influence on the performance of the insulated pipe.
The wall thickness ranges from 6mm to 50mm, and the inside diameter is from 6mm to 89mm.
The products are in stock and the quantity of supplying is large.
We can offer the service according to the customers' requests.

The insulated pipes are made of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). This material formulation ensures it does not contain fibrous dust, benzaldehyde, or chlorofluorocarbons, ensuring safe and eco-friendly usage.
The insulation material functions effectively within a temperature range of -50°C to 110°C, verified under the GB/T 17794-1999 test standard, making it suitable for both cooling and hot-water pipelines.
This product achieves a Class 0 & Class 1 fire rating according to BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7 test methods. Additionally, it has a Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index of 25/50 under the ASTM E 84 standard.
Installation is very simple. The pipe can be installed easily on new pipelines or retrofitted onto existing ones by simply cutting it and gluing it. The cutting and gluing process does not compromise the insulation performance of the pipe.
A complete selection of models is available. The wall thickness ranges from 6mm to 50mm, and the inside diameter ranges from 6mm to 89mm to accommodate various pipe sizes.
Yes, this insulation material offers high resistance properties. It shows good resistance to fungi (ASTM 21), ozone (GB/T 7762-1987), and UV/weather conditions (ASTM G23), ensuring long-term durability in different environments.
