Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What are the main materials used in these insulation tubes?
A1: The primary materials used are high-quality NBR/PVC, which are manufactured using imported high-end technology and automatic continuous equipment to ensure superior performance.
Q2: What is the operating temperature range for the rubber foam insulation?
A2: The insulation tubes are designed to withstand a wide temperature range, performing exceptionally well from -50°C to 110°C, verified by standard testing.
Q3: How does this product perform in fire situations?
A3: It offers excellent fire safety performance, achieving Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings according to BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7 standards. It also features a high oxygen index (≥36) and low smoke density.
Q4: Is the rubber foam insulation moisture resistant?
A4: Yes, the material features good moisture resistance and has a very low water vapor permeability (≤0.91×10 ﹣¹³ Kg/(m.s.pa)), which helps prevent condensation and water absorption.
Q5: Does this material provide thermal and sound insulation?
A5: Absolutely. It has low thermal conductivity (with a K-Value of ≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C) and excellent sound absorption properties, making it highly energy-efficient and effective for acoustic control.
Q6: How durable is the insulation tube against external environments?
A6: The material shows good resistance to fungi (ASTM 21), ozone (GB/T 7762-1987), and UV/weather conditions (ASTM G23), ensuring a long-lasting and stable service life.
