Premium NBR/PVC and Alkadiene Rubber Foam insulation products engineered for HVAC, mechanical pipelines, and high-performance cryogenic systems.
In the global effort to decarbonize building operations and optimize industrial processes, Closed Cell Flexible Elastomeric Foam (FEF) has emerged as a cornerstone technology. Characterized by its synthetic rubber composition (primarily NBR/PVC blends or specialized dienes), FEF offers an exceptional balance of low thermal conductivity, extreme moisture resistance, and high structural flexibility. Unlike traditional fibrous insulation materials like glass wool or rock wool, which are susceptible to moisture intrusion and subsequent loss of insulating capacity, elastomeric foam features a closed-cell matrix containing millions of tiny micro-bubbles. This structure provides built-in water vapor transmission resistance, rendering external vapor barriers largely unnecessary.
Rapid urbanization, stringent energy conservation policies (such as the EU's EPBD and ASHRAE 90.1 in North America), and the growth of critical processing facilities (like semiconductor fabs and LNG terminals) have accelerated global demand for high-performance elastomeric insulation. Systems operating at sub-ambient temperatures require continuous protection against condensation, which leads to rust, mold growth, and Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI). Kingflex NBR/PVC and specialized elastomeric lines address these risks, securing long-term operational stability.
China's thermal insulation cluster in Dacheng, Hebei Province, serves as the production base for Kingflex. By integrating the local raw polymer supply chains, deploying 5 fully automated continuous extrusion processing lines, and utilizing large-scale continuous vulcanization technology, Kingflex delivers economies of scale. This centralized supply ecosystem ensures reliable quality, consistent closed-cell distribution, and optimized pricing for major international projects.
From chilled water pipelines in hyper-scale commercial complexes in Singapore and Dubai to ultra-low temperature cryogenic process pipes in North Sea oil rigs, our flexible insulation products adapt to various conditions. Specialized formulations provide robust UV resistance for outdoor systems and acoustic insulation properties for mechanical machinery rooms in modern hospitals and data centers.

At present, Kingflex operates 5 large automatic continuous assembly lines with an annual production capacity exceeding 600,000 cubic meters. Recognizing our manufacturing standards, Kingflex is a designated production enterprise for major domestic energy, electric power, and chemical industry projects.
Our R&D team includes 8 professional engineers dedicated to optimizing thermal properties, polymer formulation, and fire performance. They are supported by 6 international sales specialists and 230 production workers. Together, our team ensures that every shipment meets international standards.
Our flexible insulation systems are regularly exported to over 66 countries across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. We support global commercial developments with reliable insulation solutions for HVAC, industrial refrigeration, acoustics, and cryogenic applications.

Our products are tested and certified by international laboratories, meeting rigorous fire, environmental, and mechanical performance standards.
We believe that high-quality insulation is built on teamwork. From polymer chemistry formulation to high-volume manufacturing engineering and global logistics, Kingflex is driven by a shared vision. We provide first-class service to clients managing complex HVAC and industrial piping projects.
Our engineering team regularly assists international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies in drafting custom insulation specifications, calculating thermal insulation thickness to prevent condensation, and conducting fire safety compliance reviews.
How flexible elastomeric foam mitigates condensation, stops Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI), and performs down to -200 °C.
When mechanical systems operate below ambient temperatures, moisture vapor naturally migrates toward the cold pipe surface. If moisture penetrates the insulation, its thermal conductivity increases exponentially (since water conducts heat roughly 25 times more than air).
Kingflex closed-cell rubber foam has a high moisture resistance factor (μ ≥ 10,000). The closed-cell structure prevents vapor transmission throughout the thickness of the insulation, keeping the system dry and maintaining long-term thermal efficiency without the need for delicate foil wraps.
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), ethylene plants, and aerospace fuel systems operate at cryogenic temperatures down to -200 °C (-328 °F). Traditional rigid insulation materials can crack under thermal shock or structural vibrations.
Our specialized Alkadiene Rubber Foam and Dienes Cryogenic Insulation Series retain flexibility at low temperatures. They adapt to pipe contraction and expansion, reducing the need for expansion joints while maintaining thermal control.
