China Insulation rubber foam product Suppliers, Factories

We mainly specialized in insulation rubber foam product, it has closed cell construction and  many great features such as low thermal conductivity , elastomeric, hot and cold resistant, fire retardant, waterproof, shocks and sound absorption and so on. The rubber materials is widely used in large central air conditioning system, chemicals, electrical industries such as the types of hot and cold media pipeline, all kinds of fitness equipment jacket/pads and so on to achieve lower cold loss. The main characteristics are: low density, close and even bubble structure, low thermal conductivity, cold resistance, extremely low water vapor transmissibility, low water absorbtive capacity, great fireproof performance, superior anti-age performance, good flexibility, stronger tear strength, higher elasticity, smooth surface, no formaldehyde, shock absorption, sound absorption, easy to install. The product is suitable for a wide range of temperature from -50℃ to 110℃. Normal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″,1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25 , 32, 40 and 50mm). Standard Length with 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft(2m).

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the thermal insulation properties of this material?
This material offers excellent thermal insulation with a very low thermal conductivity rate (≤0.030 at -20°C). It helps prevent heat transfer effectively, reducing energy loss in piping and ducting systems.
What temperature range can this insulation material withstand?
It is designed to perform reliably across a wide operating temperature range from -50°C up to 110°C, making it suitable for both cold and hot applications.
How does a closed cell structure benefit the insulation performance?
The closed cell structure creates an inherent barrier that resists moisture penetration and water vapor permeability (μ ≥10000). This keeps the insulation dry and protects against corrosion under insulation (CUI).
Does this insulation material meet fire safety standards?
Yes, it is certified under international standards including BS 476 Part 6 & 7 (Class 0 & Class 1), ASTM E 84 (25/50 Flame/Smoke index), and has an Oxygen Index of ≥36.
Can this material help with noise reduction?
Yes, it has excellent acoustic insulation properties, which effectively reduce noise transmission and damp structural vibrations in mechanical systems.
Is the insulation material resistant to UV and weathering?
According to ASTM G23, GB/T 7762-1987, and ASTM 21 testing protocols, the material shows good resistance to UV, ozone, weather, and fungi, ensuring long-term durability.
